Print off both sides of the board with a laser printer on magazine paper (My girlfriends cosmo works very well). Mirror the top layer only. Use the darkest and highest resolution in the print settings.
Mix 40% muratic acid with 60% peroxide when ready to etch
Both sides trimmed and ready to align with a light box or window
Both sides taped together at the top
Board cut and scuffed with scotch bright and cleaned with rubbing alcohol
Sandwich board between the pages and then tape the edges to the board
Laminate 5-6 times. Laminator was about $20 at walmart.
Soak for 1-2 min
Remove paper in the water slowly
Dry and do a rough cut
Place board into etch solution. Note the few wraps of tape on the edges to space the board off the bottom for faster etching.

Toner removed with acetone and edges trimmed
